Basically after building gmsh with occ you bring in your IGES/STEP/STL
model and mesh it.  Then I know with openFoam there is a file converter
that converts gmsh to openFoam format called "gmshToFoam".  As for the
other CFD programs I'm not too sure. Does this help?
