[Gmsh] configure: error: no acceptable C compiler found

Hi,
 
configure is running now and compilers are found. I have loaded fltk, too.  
But now I get this error message:
 
configure: error: Could not find fltk-config. Try --with-fltk-prefix?
 
The configure file was started with:
 
sh ../../mount_gmsh_1/configure  
--prefix=C:/Programme/FEM_GMSH/Download/fltk-1.1.9-source/fltk-1.1.9
 
Something seems to be wrong with the prefix, or?
 
Does anybody have an idea?
