[Gmsh] Bug in 2.2.3 version?

Good morning,

I can't mesh my model (perhaps because of the large amount of 
elements?). The command I used is Transfinite Line with 2 points for 
elements and Progression 1: when I try to select the entire model I 
obtain a segmentation fault. I don't have this problem with 1.65 version 
(but I need 2.2.3 because of .med exporter).
