[Gmsh] small compilation when using --disable-metis, using scotch instead?

unfortunately contrib/Metis cannot make it in Debian, I have to remove
it from the source and use --disable-metis.
There is a typo at some point that needs to be fixed when using this
option, the patch is attached

scotch [1] is a good replacement for metis and actually offers some
basic metis interface, replacing metis by scotch
would allow a clean distribution of gmsh .
