[Gmsh] Tango Icons

Hi,

I wondered if Gmsh could become more icon-button driven.
As you may know the Tango theme seems popular because it blends well 
with multiple GUIs.

Perhaps:
        The icons could be gone through.
        The ones applicable to Gmsh could be picked out
        A spec and list could be created of the icons still needed for 
its major functions.

I can work on some icons for Gmsh in Inkscape.
