[Gmsh] Easier saving and loading of file options (patch)

Hi,
thanks for replay. I'm sure, that it could be improved in many ways.  
For example: it wouldn't be wise to create .opt file from last  
loaded .opt file. Created opt file could be hidden file etc. I created  
this only as proof of concept and I'm happy you like it :-).
