[Gmsh] Line mesh inconsistent with volume mesh

Hi,

I think I found a bug in the mesh generation with gmsh 2.3.0 (and some
earlier versions).

Please open the attached files (mesh and point-of-view):

  gmsh beam-230.msh pov.opt

You will see that the node 2845, created during the volume mesh
generation, is not snap back on the geometrical edge 24. Consequently,
the line element from node 10 to 378 is inconsistent with the volume and
surface meshes.

Using netgen or sligthly modyfing the characteristic lengths solve the
problem.

Thank you,
Marc
