- create the edges (any subclass of GEdge will do, e.g. discreteEdge)
and an associated GFace

- fill the vertices and the line elements in the edges

- call meshGFace() on the face

To use the frontal algorithm just set the General.Algorithm option (e.g.
with GmshSetOption)
