[Gmsh] Coïncidence noeuds/points

Thank you for the answer!
Could you please then confirm that it is not possible to mesh
with Gmsh a single warped surface defined with more than 4 lines?

For nodes on the boundary, you will have to split the lines... For nodes 
inside, use "embedded points":

    Point{mypoint} In Surface{mysurface} ;
