[Gmsh] Problems meshing simple geometry

Good evening everyone
I have a little problem meshing the litte geometry here attached....I 
define e surface loop and when I try to mesh this surfaceGMSH crashes!
I tried with different versions of GMSH but I always obtain the same 
error...anyone can help me?
