[Gmsh] where can I control Mesh characteristic Length Factor in GUI??

Hi,

Gmsh tutorial file 't3.geo' and other said that

User can control the element size by fitting the 'Mesh characteristc Length
factor'.

But i can find that key. is it 'element size factor' in option??

I already control the element size factor to the geometry that i use, but
nothing changed though this.

Please let me know where i should looking for.
