[Gmsh] some Questions

hello everyone:
   1.   I found a problem that for the same model and the same characteristics length each meshing results  were diferent.Why would this problem？
   2.   When I finished model mesh 3D ,there are other ways to improve the quality of the grid beside optimize and optimize(netgen).
   3.   How to use the order of Refine by Spiliting ,Parttition and Classify?
