[Gmsh] gmsh request

Hello,
my name is Domenico Quaranta.
I work for the aircraft manufacturer Pilatus Aircraft Ltd (Switzerland).
I'm developing a fracture mechanics algorithm based based on FEM calculation.

Is it possible to officially use GMSH to view the model?
If yes, can I provide the gmsh.exe (as is) in the installation package?
