[Gmsh] dump points definitions after a set of transformations

Dear all,
I have generated a long unrolled geo file after messing around with  
the position and characteristic lengths of my points, and deleting a  
lot of geometric entities along the way. I'm quite happy with the  
final setup, and I was wondering if there is a way to export to a new  
geo file the final position (and characteristic lengths) of the  
remaining points, lines and surfaces. It would be easier for further  
modifications in batch mode.
