[Gmsh] high-order fe visualization

Hi,

I solved this problem by using:

View "string" { string < ( expression-list ) > { expression-list }; ... };
with SQ for a sub-mesh within each of my element.

see cap. 8 pag 59 of gmsh guide for more details.
