[Gmsh] about .mesh file format

At http://www.geuz.org/pipermail/gmsh/2010/005446.html I read

  `We could not save physical tags, as you can have more than one per entity.'

but I wonder whether in such cases just putting one, any one, might be
satisfactory?  (Though I don't have a use for node tags myself.)
