[Gmsh] something wrong in edge loop after extrude a line or a surface

What's the overall size (dimension) of your model? You might be hitting 
the default geometrical tolerance. If that's the case, you can change it 
w.g. with "Geometry.Tolerance = 1.e-12;" (by default it's 1e-6)
