[Gmsh] binary doesn'run, source fail to compile

Hi Nicola - looks like the "config.h" file from OpenCASCADE is not 
found... That's weird: normally if it's not found cmake should have 
added -DHAVE_NO_OCC_CONFIG_H to the compiler arguments.

Can you check this by using "make VERBOSE=1" ?
