[Gmsh] RE compiled from source GMSH SEGFAULT on OpenSUSE 12.1 64-bits

i can see from trying to compile Code_Aster under OpenSUSE 12.1 64-bits
that there are some issues related to using gcc 4.6, that is native with
this distribution of SuSE,
Code_Aster guys are looking into it and the work around seems quite
tricky
