[Gmsh] Do Not Mesh Specific Region

Sorry I think I didn't explain the question very well. Imagine I have a box and have defined the inside of this box as a surface. I want gmsh to create a mesh everywhere inside the box EXCEPT for a certain region inside it without having to define this region as a surface.
