Hi,

no, you can use the Blossom-delquad  algo also for unstructured meshes, not only with transfinite meshes, give it a 
try... But indeed you need to first have a correct geometry

And it seems that my problem comes from the surfaces geometry which is not fitting a cylindric shape...
