[Gmsh] High-Order Curved Boundary Layer Mesh

Hi Nico,

Indeed, the "old" experimental boundary layer code is really a hack: the parametric coordinates of the points are not correct; hence the failure when trying to generate high-order grids.

This is in the process of being done in the "correct way". Stay tuned... :-)
