[Gmsh] Wrong definition of Ruled Surface 23: 6 borders instead of 3 or 4

Don't save as .geo : this is just for debugging (and "unrolling" large .geo files with many implicit definitions). Gmsh does *not* translate CAD formats: it directly meshes using the native representation.
