[Gmsh] Onera M6 mesh

Hi Felipe,

 how are you? I tried to make the lines transfinite as you suggested, but the 
problem is still there ... The picture was made with 80+80 points around the 
cross section close to the tip.

Have you tried making the lines at the tip "transfinite" and see if you 
observe the same issue? Not sure if it helps but let me know if it does!
