Hello,

Did you use gmsh -optimize to optimize the 3D mesh. Delaunay mesh generation
can produce slivers, and there was at least one sliver in the mesh. Using -optimize
option removes the slivers, at least on my laptop ;-)

Info    : Opti : (17886,66,23974) =  1.48031E+01 QBAD  6.00461E-13 QAVG  6.65151E-01 (   1.500 sec) ---> THERE ARE SLIVERS !!!
Info    : Opti : (22562,93,46218) =  1.48031E+01 QBAD  2.13277E-05 QAVG  6.68003E-01 (   2.625 sec) ---> THERE ARE NO SLIVERS
