[Gmsh] Error : Singular value decomposition requires LAPACK

Hello

I get this message when I try to run a code that uses gmsh:

Error   : Singular value decomposition requires LAPACK

I have recompiled gmsh from scratch.

LAPACK is available on my system:

/usr/local/atlas-intel/lib/liblapack.a

Presumably there should be a way of telling the system of the above location
before compilation. I have no idea how to do so.

Please let me have your suggestions.
