[Gmsh] Problems with -renumber

Probably nothing. I'm not sure the -renumber is actually used by anybody; it should be tested/debugged...

Any help is welcome, although my personal preference would be for this whole part of the code (meshPartition.cpp) to be rewritten from scratch.
