[Gmsh] grouping lines

I had problems with the compound lines in the past. I was trying to use
them in an structured multiblock mesh. And the structures I was trying to
group created incompatibilities in the meshing algorithm. Apparently, it
only works with unstructured mesh. Look in the Tutorial 12
