[Gmsh] latest rev 16455 FTBS

Hi,
there is a typo error in latest svn rev which causes a FTBS
on case sensitive systems:

CMake Error at cmake_install.cmake:100 (FILE):
  file INSTALL cannot find

"/tmp/buildd/gmsh-tetgen-2.8.3~svn16455/contrib/HighOrderMeshOptimizer/OptHOMRun.h".

It should be OptHomRun.h instead of OptHOMRun.h
