[Gmsh] Plot tensor data from Gauss Points

Dear Christophe and Jean-François,

Thank you for your excellent program! I use it regularly for my PhD
research. Thank you for making it free!

I have rank 2 tensor data from soil mechanics 3D simulations located at the
Gauss integration points. Is there a way to interpolate this data in GMSH
for a correct display?

I suspect it may have something to do with the interpolation scheme feature
in the documentation. But I'm not sure.
