[Gmsh] gmsh API

Dear All,

I would like to build geometric model from scratch using gmsh API
(let's say a square domain).

Starting from the simplest objects -- vertices, I wonder if I can
use gmshVertex class or should I derive my own vertex from GVertex.

I am asking because gmshVertex.h is not included in API.
Is there any reason for that?
