[Gmsh] duplicate nodes on refinenement by splitting

Dear all,

I have added a simple geo file to generate a mesh. After subsequent refinement by splitting I obtain many duplicate nodes. This causes trouble downstream in the FEM code which does not count on them. Is there a fix to this or am I doing something wrong. Does the option "Mesh.MshFilePartitioned" have anything to do with this? In 2D I do not have any issues with splitting and duplicates do not seem to be produced.

Thanks,
Danny Lathouwers
