[Gmsh] different result for meshing in x and y direction

Hi Andreas,

I got nice results for the 2nd order in both directions. I attached 2 
pictures (the first one is for the 1st order mesh, the second one is for 
the 2nd order).
I used Gmsh 2.8.3.
