Hello,
I have a geometry of sciatic nerve with three fascicles, each consisting of
perineurium and endoneurium. the fascicles are surrounded with endoneurium.
the nerve is then enclosed in a cuff electrode. Finally, it is placed
inside a saline bath.
Right now I am unsure what is the diameter of the cuff (cylinder) around
the nerve cross section points.
I need to make sure the cuff electrode has a diameter of (1mm) around the
nerve, . Please see the attachment 'rat6.geo' file.
Can you please guide me how can I move the points so that I get cuff
diameter of 1mm? Also, accordingly change the position of points of
fascicles and the nerve.
Thank you so much.
Regards
Purbasha
