[Gmsh] Defining Mesh

Here is a quick and dirty solution:
// --- scalpel2.geo ---
Merge "scalpel2.step";
Mesh.CharacteristicLengthMax = 2;
Mesh.Algorithm = 1; // MeshAdapt
The picture of the mesh I got is attached.
