[Gmsh] Cube intersect with Circles

Dear Sir

I have a specific problem that I want to mesh it by Gmsh. I have a cube and inside the cube I have many arbitrary distributed circles with different radius, dip and azimuth. 

My objective is to mesh the cube as volume (tetrahedron) and those circles as 2d surfaces (triangles) but I only want to mesh those are inside (or partially inside) without meshing the rest that are not inside the volume. Is this is possible in Gmsh ?
