[Gmsh] Create a Boundary Layer around a blade

Hi Javier,
my case was a little bit different. I also try to put a layer on hub and
shroud. This did not work well in my case. I always end in troubles with
an intersecting surface mesh.
You can also try to use the PostBL tool from the MeshKit library.
