[Gmsh] 3D mesh crashes if surface is embedded in volume

Embedded surfaces cannot (yet) touch the boundaries. Just split the volume in 4 pieces, with the embedded surfaces on the internal boundaries. (You can then remove all the “Surface … In Volume…” constraints.)
