[Gmsh] Inconsistency of node ordering

Hi
I think there is a inconsistency between gmsh documentation and output msh
file. In the documentation the node ordering for hexahedron is such that
the ordering initially goes in positive x, y, z directions. In other words,
it starts from 0 and goes to 1 which makes a vector in positive x (or u)
direction. But in the msh file attached the cells don't obey this
convention.
Best,
Orhan
