[Gmsh] done 2D quadrilateral mesh using Gmsh

[3.14]

Hi,
 Gmsh-users,I am a new Gmsh user from China.After  completing the model construct using Gmsh(see fig ),I am  really confused about the mesh part．
I want to mesh the semi-circle(Yellow color ) and its outer shell (blue color )in affine element,but I don't know how can achieve it.
How can I do my job?
Any help will be welcome.
