[Gmsh] Quadrilateral Quality Measure

Hello,

I am using your software, to generate quadrilateral meshes.

I notice that when the mesh is generated, it indicates the mesh is optimized and it gives the minimum quality measure and the average quality measure.

I am working on a new method of calculating quality measure, and wanted to know how quality measure is determined in your software.
