[Gmsh] Tree Browser from geo file.

Hi,

With the GUI, I can check for the id of the geometrical entities of
dimension n-1 that constitute a geometrical entity of dimension n, like
that:

​Can I access this tree from the .geo file ?

I extrude a surface to generate a volume and I need the ids of the various
lines that ​belongs to the volume.
