[Gmsh] compile with med support

Found it. It seams a known problem on Debian Jessie (I do not know  
about other debian). See  
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=756472

Makeing this changes to the CMakeLists.txt did the trick. HDF5 where found.
