[Gmsh] Compile error related to METIS 5.0.1

Dear all,

GMSH fails to compile:

contrib/Metis/pmetis.c:22:43: error: unknown type name 'idxtype'

void METIS_PartGraphRecursive(int *nvtxs, idxtype *xadj, idxtype *adjncy, 
idxtype *vwgt, 

                                          ^
Which version of metis does it need? This is the issue with 5.1.0.
If it needs 4.0.3, i think the CMake config system should state that and do 
not use more recent metis.
