[Gmsh] Translating points after extrusion

Hi Jose,

Extrude + Layers will not work if you modify the geometry : the extrusion direction (translation, rotation, etc.) is used as-is when creating the structured mesh. You will have to resort to the "Transfinite" command in that case.
