[Gmsh] Setting the names of element sets in outputted .inp

I've got a workflow going where I use gmsh from the command line on .stp files to get meshes in .inp format.  My current problem is that the names of the generated element sets are set by Gmsh, i.e. 'Volume1', 'Volume2' etc.  Is there a way to name what those element sets are going to be ahead of time?
