[Gmsh] Missing option

Dear all,

we used gmsh to do 2d meshing for ocean models.


Within an older version of gmsh (up to 2.5), there has been an advanced 
option "try to remove 4 triangle nodes"

With the help of this option, configurations were deleted where 4 
triangles meet at one node.

Within the new version 2.13.2, this option is missing.

Is there a similar option in the new version?


Is it possible to get this option back into newer versions of the tool?
