[Gmsh] Any idea ?

Hello,
You can avoid the problem of geometry
(possible, there is a bug).
In the file rice1.msh  there are  triangles
that cover the outer surface  "skin".
You may treat them as geometrical segments
and generate the tetrahedrals.
This is similar way as we did with the cell model
a year ago,
