[Gmsh] error in rotating a plane surface

hello

i translate duplicate and rotate twice a master plane surface sO

in the first operation the surface s1 is plane and correct

in the second one the surface s2 is no more plane, not correct and the
produced mesh is horrible

the trouble in the second operation looks coming from the second
rotation 

i do not understand what is happening
