[Gmsh] Correction submission

Dear Gmsh-gurus,

A geo file is attached to this message. The goal is to produce a structured
mesh.
Some parts of the geometry are linking extruted entities and recombined
entities.
If the lines 136-137 of the file are commented, the produced mesh is not
recombined and an error is raised.

My question : should'nt an extruded face have the "transfinite" and
"recombined" tag, so that the user does not need anymore to over-specify
this information?
